Josh Alice, Salesperson with KW SIGNATURE, Brokerage ("we", "us"), is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We do not sell or rent personal information.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect your contact details and the details of what you are asking about, such as a property, a listing, or the figures on a transaction.

As you use the site, we also collect how you reached it, including any campaign or referral information on the link you followed, and the pages you viewed and what you clicked. We use your IP address to protect the site while your request is handled, and we do not store it.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide what you requested, to follow up about it, to measure which advertising and which pages lead to enquiries, to protect the site from abuse, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Marketing email

We send marketing email only if you opt in on a form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to operate this site and to communicate with you, and each may use the information only to provide its service. They are Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy and its Turnstile Privacy Addendum; Google for analytics; providers of email delivery, contact management and data storage; and the web agency that operates this site on our behalf.

We may also disclose personal information where required by law, and, in the course of a real estate transaction, to the brokerage, other registrants, lawyers or lenders as that transaction requires.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google's analytics services, which may set cookies and receive usage information, including your IP address. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site works without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and contact records are kept while they remain useful for the purpose they were collected for, and are deleted on request. A record of your marketing consent, and of any withdrawal, is kept as proof of consent.

Safeguards and where information is stored

Access is limited to Josh Alice and the agency that operates the site. Information may be stored or processed in Canada and the United States, where it may be subject to access by the courts and authorities of that country.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy or a correction, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. We may first need to confirm your identity.
