I’m Josh Alice, a REALTOR® with KW SIGNATURE, Brokerage, serving Windsor-Essex and surrounding areas.
A big part of my business is helping buyers navigate the market with a clear understanding of what they’re actually getting into. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving into something bigger, or looking at an investment property, my approach is pretty simple: give you the information, run through the numbers, point out the things that matter, and help you make a decision that makes sense for you.
I’m also a real estate investor myself, so I tend to look at properties from more than just a sales perspective. I pay attention to value, renovation potential, rental income, carrying costs and the long-term upside of a property. And if I think a price doesn’t make sense, I’ll tell you.
I’ve built a lot of my business through social media by talking about real estate in a way that’s straightforward, relatable and easy to understand. I try to bring that same approach to every client I work with. No unnecessary pressure, no complicated sales pitch, just honest advice and someone in your corner throughout the process.
